Hi, I'm Patryk Kubiak. I moved to London 14 years ago, initially working as a 2nd/3rd line Engineer, backed by Cisco training and Microsoft's MCSE & MCSA certifications. By 2012, inspired by Apple's App Store, I pivoted back to software development, developing and releasing games and apps, a move that opened doors within London's vibrant tech scene. For over a decade I have worked for VC-backed tech startups and progressed to managerial and CTO roles.
I built award-winning mobile and SaaS products from scratch that were used by FTSE100 clients (including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Nissan, GAP, and Old Navy). I also created high-performing cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) and guided startups through investment rounds and acquisition processes.
Today, as a global CTO/CTPO, I collaborate with clients in the UK, EU, US, Turkey and Australia. Highlights include leading a startup transformation that resulted in a successful technical due-diligence and its subsequent acquisition, and leading the technical side of building a successful Kickstarter-like platform for a multi-award-winning B Corp.
